Let’s YOGA this Fall! Beginners Welcome!
8-week-series: 90min Yoga + 30min Teatime

I am thrilled to be bringing to you this fall the 8-week beginner yoga series after many of you have expressed your interest in learning how to meditate or getting into yoga while also meeting some new friends!

Yoga is a form of moving meditation based on the ancient Indian wisdom that has a wide range of holistic benefits not limited just to enhanced physical alignment, muscle toning, and relaxation, but also has proven effectiveness in improving emotional regulation, stress reduction, energy boosting, mental balance, and self-awareness training. It gets us in touch with our body and calms our over-thinking mind and swinging mood. With regular practice, yoga has the power of turning us into a truly healthy and content person glowing from the inside out!

Schedule: Oct.23rd to Dec.11th 2019.
Eight Wednesdays 10am-12pm or 6:30-8:30pm

Eight consecutive Wednesdays starting from Oct. 23rd 2019 until Dec.11th 2019. You have the option to choose to attend either the Morning Session at 10am-12pm or the Evening Session from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Drop-ins are welcome with advanced notice to confirm spot availability.

Class Format:

90min Yoga & Meditation + 30min Teatime (optional to stay)
After each class, we will gather over some delicious Tea to get to know each other while we chat about Mental Wellness topics that help us to FEEL GOOD! The class is structured in a small group format and the space is held as non-judgmental and inclusive. Consistent attendance is strongly recommended if you wish to find deeper connections with yourself and as well as with the group members.

During the 8-weeks, we will go through progressive practices that build onto each previous class. The gentle yoga sequencing is designed to introduce the foundational Asana (poses) to the beginner students, with the focus placed on facilitating the body-mind integration, unwinding the nervous system, and improving stress-coping resiliency while building strength and flexibility.

Preparation:

  • Arrive on time as class starts right on time
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Bring your own mat (studio has a limited number of mats that can be borrowed first come first serve)
  • Notebook & Pen if you like to journal your experience
  • Water bottle
  • No experience necessary, just bring your lovely self!

Registration: Limited Spots reserve now!

It is strongly recommended for beginner students to commit to a 8-week practice routine to get the maximum benefit and growth out of the program, and also to build lasting connections.
